Scott Webber is the President of LIV Sotheby's International Realty. Scott's successful career includes 20 years with Coldwell Banker Real Estate where he built, and was President, of a 26-office residential and commercial company operating in greater Denver, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. He also served as Senior Vice President of NRT, Incorporated, the largest real estate brokerage company in the industry. He is a past president of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, a past director to the National Association of Realtors, and holds the GRI, CRS and CRB professional designations. He is a graduate of the University of Utah, a member of the World Presidents Organization, and a representative of the exclusive Board of Regents for Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.

He affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty in 2008, when he acquired the Park City, Utah, firm Lewis, Wolcott and Dornbush. Today it operates as Summit Sotheby's International Realty with 6 sales offices, and 200 sales and support staff associates serving Park City, Deer Valley and Salt Lake City, Utah. Later that year he entered the Denver, Colorado market with the acquisition of Fuller Towne & Country Properties known today as LIV Sotheby's International Realty. His firm entered the Lake Tahoe, Nevada and California market in 2011 and operates as Sierra Sotheby's International Realty with 10 sales offices, and 130 sales and support staff associates. The combined companies close over $6 billion a year in luxury real estate.

Scott is a father, grandfather, an avid alpine skier, golfer, private pilot and Socata TBM aircraft owner, and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He speaks fluent German, travels frequently to Switzerland, Austria, Scotland and Maui, and enjoys rock and roll music with a unique appreciation for U2.

Most recently, he was instrumental in helping Paragon Real Estate Group become the #1 broker in San Francisco in 2017.

Prior to his management roles, Dierk was a top agent earning multiple sales awards. This experience allowed him to develop successful offices and sales teams from an agent focused perspective. As a true blue Michigan football fan (he’s an Ann Arbor native), Dierk believes strongly in the virtues of “the team.” Dierk says, “Real estate is the ultimate team sport. I thrive on working with agents and managers to help them succeed. Bringing out their confidence and success drives me.” He is an avid soccer player, skier and triathlete. Dierk has three lovely daughters that make him proud, daily.

Dierk began his career as the sales, licensing and real estate counsel for Autodesk, Inc. in Marin county. Dierk worked as general counsel and business development director for two software start-ups prior to starting his own practice focused on emerging companies. Dierk graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in History. He then earned his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law.

A Denver native, Shannel started her real estate career after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science.

Years of intensive experience has afforded Shannel the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of running a successful brokerage. Prior to a recent office expansion, Shannel’s Cherry Creek operation supported 50 brokers and delivered approximately $400M in sales. The number of brokers has been increased while holding firm on hiring only experienced, high-volume professionals. In 2017 the Cherry Creek sales volume topped $800M with the entire firm posting $3.5B in volume. Additionally, the LIV affiliation has now earned a spot as the highest producing Sotheby’s International Realty in the world.

Pat Rothman, Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, has been involved in the financial management of high-end residential real estate brokerages for more than two decades. Prior to that, she managed business operations for a medical practice in Jackson, Wyoming, and a surgical center in Evergreen, Colorado. She also co-founded a medical marketing firm and a company that provided accounting services to small businesses. Her lengthy experience serving both internal and external customers on sensitive financial issues has earned her respect from colleagues and vendors alike. Pat had been handling the accounting duties for Denver’s Coldwell Banker Devonshire when she joined with several principles there who were founding Fuller Towne & Country Properties in 2001. She then managed all financial affairs for that prestigious 6-office firm covering metropolitan Denver, and moved into her current position when it was acquired in 2008 by Scott Webber and renamed LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. As the company has grown to include Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City, Utah, and Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and California, Pat now oversees all financial matters for the combined firms’ 28 offices and 700 broker and support staff associates.

Originally from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, suburbs, Pat moved to Denver in 1977. She and her husband currently live in Centennial and have two grown daughters — Anna, a veterinarian in Denver, and Melanie, an actor in New York. She spends as much of her spare time as possible in the gym, and also enjoys playing piano, cooking gourmet meals, and appreciating Colorado’s great outdoors.

With a long-time background in real estate, Secrist has earned many accolades ranging from Rookie of the Year, to being consistently placed in the top percentile of producing agents. In 2009 Secrist managed a real estate office in Scottsdale, AZ, leading his team in an increase of sales volume 482% over three years. He soon became an owner and leader of two large real estate offices in Southern California. With his vast experience in the high end market he was appointed a director of the premiere Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour and appointed to Keller Williams Luxury Homes International Board of Directors.

As Director of Business Administration, Katie performs a critical role by offering seamless administration, operational support, and project management for both LIV Sotheby's International Realty as well as Sierra Sotheby's International Realty. "It is an honor to create streamlined and operational tools for this talented group so our brokers can gain the results their clients are looking for," she states.

As project manager and tenant representative, Katie has relocated and/or designed from the ground up more than 10 offices within LIV Sotheby's International Realty and Sierra Sotheby's International Realty in Colorado, Nevada and California. She travels amongst the offices to ensure brand consistency with interior and exterior signage, ensures each location and retail space is optimized and working for both clients and broker associates and that operational excellence is occurring cross-office. Kim Taylor is the Vice President of Relocation Services for LIV, Sierra, and Summit Sotheby's International Realty. Managing the relocation services for each company, Kim works closely with both local corporations and national relocation management companies. She oversees a six-person relocation department and a relocation specialist team of 125 agents, assisting corporate transferees and military families who are moving into or out of the states of Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California. Kim has specialized in relocation for nearly twenty years, both as a top producing REALTOR® and in the corporate relocation sector. Her professional background also includes financial experience as Regional Branch Manager for a Detroit area bank.

Kim holds both a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Graduate REALTORS Institute® (GRI) designation, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado and Michigan Association of REALTORS®, and the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®. She is also an active member of the Relocation Directors Council, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. Kim graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a degree in marketing.

Prior to moving to Denver, Kim was a lifelong resident of Michigan and enjoyed all things water-related. With two decades of experience in IT, and 15 years in leadership positions in luxury real estate sales, development and hospitality, Mike excels at seeing the “big picture” and leveraging his broad experience to expertly design and implement solutions that keep LIV at the forefront of the real estate industry.

A native Bostonian, Mike graduated from the University of Rochester before settling down in Vail, CO where he started his own technology consulting company. An opportunity manifested to lead the IT department for luxury real estate developer East West Partners and its brokerage firm Slifer, Smith & Frampton Real Estate, which led to well over a decade of success in that ultra high end real estate market, where over $2 billion in annual company sales was a regular occurrence.

Mike previously held a chair position for the 2015 World Ski Championship IT Planning Committee, regularly volunteered for the Small Champions organization, which offers outdoor activities to special needs children, and had been awarded a place among the East West Young Regent’s Group. When not adventuring with his 2 sons, Ethan and Charlie, you will find him on one of his bikes, snowboarding, attending shows at Red Rocks, or stargazing as an amateur astronomer.

Jill Rose Franklund is a native of Boulder County, Colorado. While attending the University of Colorado in Boulder, she discovered her passion for real estate. Jill’s career spans over 20 years with experience in sales, marketing, and management of luxury residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

A former co-owner of the first Sotheby’s International Realty office on Colorado’s Front Range, Jill specialized in contract management of over $300,000,000 in total closings. Later appointed as asset manager of an international multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio, Jill oversaw the intricate day-to-day responsibilities of luxury estates, single-family rentals, and commercial properties while also establishing a functional platform for serving ultra-elite clientele worldwide. Jill proudly collaborated in the acquisition of the initial Sotheby’s International Realty franchise for Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Choosing to remain in Colorado, Jill realigned with the local Sotheby’s family and proudly serves as a Director for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, while artfully performing the planning, meetings and events for this esteemed company.

Jill is the proud mother of two daughters, Savannah and Skye, and together they spend their free time hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, riding horses and supporting many local charities statewide.

Steve's first involvement in real estate was at the age of 10 when he began his career cleaning FOR SALE signs for his father's real estate firm in Pennsylvania. Since his early 20's, after graduating from the University of Denver in 1975, he has been selling homes in Denver where he has received the Denver Board of Realtors TOP TEN award a total of six times. His passion for real estate has also carried him into management where he helped open and is the Managing Broker for the Downtown office.

Prior to transitioning to a career in real estate in 1991, Bob spent 25 years as a conservator of historic and artistic works for museum collections across Canada and the United States, and he has restored prints, drawings and watercolors by such renowned artists as Rembrandt and Picasso. Today, Bob applies the same level of detail and attention to helping luxury home sellers and discerning home buyers understand and facilitate real estate transactions.

As a founding member and managing broker for Fuller Towne & Country Properties West, Bob is committed to ensuring that each of the 18+ brokers in the office he manages are upholding the high professional standards of LIV Sotheby's International Realty and complying with Colorado real estate law.
