I am thrilled to join LIV Sotheby’s with over 35 years of management, training, and guest service experience. As a New England native, I spent twenty years in the hospitality industry specializing in training, quality assurance and multi-unit operations. My two daughters, my husband of thirty plus years and I moved to Colorado from the Boston area in 2000. My hospitality expertise easily translated to the salon and spa industry. With a growing love for the beauty industry, I went back to school at forty to receive my cosmetology license - a passion fueled by my love for helping woman look and feel their best. I went on to become a Master stylist, Aveda Color Ambassador, Director of Education and General Manager for a Lifestyle Aveda salon and spa in the Northern Colorado area.

During that time, after personally buying and selling more than 4 million dollars of real estate, including primary homes, rental properties, vacant land and building a new home, I ‘ve learned the ins and outs of being on the client side of every transaction. I love to help stage homes for the best first impression, the hard-fought negotiations and the feeling of acquiring “just the right property”.
