Lori Hess

As a Chicago native who relocated to the Colorado foothills, Lori understands that moving can be stressful, filled with change, and many unknowns. Lori enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level, helping them through whatever changes life throws their way. It doesn't matter if she is working with clients in the luxury and investment markets, or residential, her clients know that she is consistent and consistently exceeds expectations.
Lori uses her innate wisdom and intuition in negotiations. She believes in the importance of building rapport with the agent on the other side of the transaction to create a win-win to get to the closing table.
Luxury has no price point, however, she enjoys working with those high-end clients whether it's a primary, second, or third home. Lori has managed transactions with clients all over the world, including Brunei and Costa Rica.?
?When buying or selling a home in the mountains, it's important to work with an agent who is knowledgeable about mountain properties and understands well and septic systems and permits, along with wildfire preparedness, fire mitigation, and the wildlife that we share space with. Lori holds her CMAS certification as a Certified Mountain Area Specialist. Her land knowledge is valuable in getting through the quirks of mountain land properties.
Lori also holds a Hawaii real estate license and travels extensively to Oahu touching more lives and making more connections for both out-of-state clients and local residents of the islands.
Adding value to her clients, she enjoys collaborating to create their own unique home lifestyle through energy movement and placement of home furnishings and designs to create a space that they love to be in.

When she's not busy helping clients, you can find Lori being a mom of two boys, on the soccer field or cheering from the sidelines at a basketball game, taking ukelele lessons, or taking time out for herself hiking Elk Meadow and weight training at Nick’s Pro Fitness and Armbrust gym in Wheat Ridge. She enjoys eating healthy foods to fuel her body with the occasional glass of wine at Creekside Winery with a side of yoga. And, being in Hawaii to stay connected to her tribe and watch those amazing sunsets. Living the life she loves!
