Ann Durham started selling real estate in 2012 to better serve her community. She has since sold over $150 million in real estate, primarily in the Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills markets, consistently being a top producer. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Ann moved to Denver in 1995 with her husband Dave. They fell in love with The Preserve neighborhood of Greenwood Village where they raised their two children, Katie and Jack, and currently live with their English Bulldog Louie. Ann founded and runs the Annual Preserve Garage Sale, is an avid golfer and loves to entertain. Her passion for giving back and being involved in the community extends to her support of the ACE Scholarship Foundation and volunteer work with the Denver Ballet Guild. A connector at heart, Ann’s business is centered around her relationships, which continue long after the real estate transaction, serving as a go-to resource, and friend to her clients. Prior to her real estate career, Ann’s background includes a Political Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and an extensive sales resume in telecommunications and pharmaceuticals. Known for her professional and ethical approach, she sees every transaction as its own unique puzzle, priding herself in putting the pieces together to provide a smooth, full-service experience to her clients.
