Nicole Teaney

Nicole realizes that buying and selling a home is much more than a financial decision. It is an emotional one as well, and the decision can shape the experience of its owners for years to come. Nicole brings a thoughtful, straightforward and professional approach to her clients and strives to provide the highest level of service every step of the way.
Nicole has lived in the Denver Metro area for nearly 25 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. A native of Cincinnati, she earned her B.A. in Speech Communication from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Her background in corporate America along with her experience managing small businesses provides unique insight into the business side as well as the personal side of buying and selling a home. Nicole is resourceful and enthusiastic and has the ability to listen and understand her clients’ needs. She works hard to ensure their experience is a seamless one and ultimately a positive solution for their family.

Nicole has lived and worked in France, Telluride, San Francisco, Park City, UT, and Boulder before settling in Denver. All have contributed to her love of the outdoors, food, wine, design and architecture. She currently lives in Denver with her husband, children and English Cream Golden Retriever.

As a mother of four children and a stepmother to two, she is well informed on schools, neighborhoods and activities and can offer valuable insight while helping buyers and sellers choose their next home. She is active in the community through volunteer work with National Charity League, Boys Team Charity and There With Care.
