Steve Blank has been selling real estate in metro Denver since graduating from the University of Denver in 1975. His knowledge of the local real estate market combined with the enjoyment he derives from matching clients with a new home, has helped him become a key player in Denver's real estate market. Steve has served as a real estate instructor (part-time for seven years), an expert court witness, and was a Rocky Mountain News, and Denver Post real estate weekly writer for over five years. He currently is featured in a monthly article for the Downtown Denver News, as well as on the LIV Sotheby's Website.
With regard to sales production, Steve has been honored as a six-time recipient of the Denver Board of Realtors TOP TEN residential salesperson award, and has been inducted into the Re/Max 'Hall of Fame.' Steve believes he is able to achieve a certain level of success because of dedication, enthusiasm, and his general hands-on style. He understands that great service, a high level of integrity, a sense of humor, and always valuing relationships has helped in his success.
Steve is incredibly happy that his son, Jared Blank, has chosen to join him and pursue a career in real estate. Jared holds a Master's degree in Architecture, and a Bachelor's in Environmental Design, both from the University of Colorado. He has spent the last three years working for the highly esteemed Denver-based architecture firm Fentress Architects. Jared's architectural background, design skills, and attention to detail are already translating well into a career in real estate.
This is the third generation in the Blank family to embrace working in real estate. Daniel Blank built several offices in Gettysburg and York, Pennsylvania from the late 1950's to the 1980's. Both Jared and Steve are excited about, and believe their trust in one and other, combined with the advantage of being two-generational will help them provide the best service and guidance available.
In short they are committed to helping their clients negotiate the best deal possible, in the most reasonable period of time, and with the greatest chance of making every transaction a 'wonderful experience.'
