Tim Clark

At an early age, Tim was taught to work hard, be dedicated and have passion in everything he did. His strong work ethic evolved from childhood, where at the age of eight he caddied at a local country club, delivered newspapers and ran a successful, one person, neighborhood lawn and snow removal service. He was a collegiate swimmer and water polo player. Tim is an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast, with a passion for golf, skiing and flyfishing.

His broad real estate experience includes comprehensive property valuation, new home sales, construction, and finance. Having successfully navigated market fluctuations and unpredictability his entire career, Tim has developed a unique skillset, that provides a competitive advantage for his clients.

After nearly 14 years as Vice President/Managing Broker for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, including the company’s successful expansion into the Douglas County Market, Tim elected to reengage in a more distinctive way with his clients. One of his favorite quotes by C.J. Lewis is “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start from where you are and change the ending.” Transitioning back to the transactional side allows Tim to share his PhD level of expertise with his clients in a more personal way.

Tim lives in Castle Pines Village, with his wife Maureen, surrounded by ponderosa pines and wildlife. Both are major golf enthusiasts; a sport they call a “therapeutic escape” and play regularly at The Country Club at Castle Pines. They also enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren, aged 3 to 7 years old, and on occasion, courageously host a “Cousins Camp” – no parents allowed.
