Kay also loves spending hours analyzing data where her corporate years at Quaker Oats and experience running a Block Buster Video Franchise are apparent. She has the highest standards of work ethic, and will go the extra mile to meet her clients' needs. When it comes to listings, she brings the same work ethic and perfectionistic tendencies to the table. She has been know to use out of the box, effective strategies to find the percect buyer for even the most unique properties. Kay is also the group's quality control expert, making sure all marketing materials are flawless. Although she may seem all business, Kay's relationships with her clients are a top priority. She naturally earns trust, friendship and loyalty with her genuine nature. She began a career in real estate in 2001, working in Evergreen, Colorado. In 2008 she began working with her husband, Don, in Summit County. In 2014 they were joined by their daughter, Marny, and in 2015 son, Scott, completed the Thomas Group.
