What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? Leveraging LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s amazing network, marketing and platform to offer my clients an unparalleled experience.

What’s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience? I consider myself a real estate financial advisor. I specialize in investment properties and I assist with my clients’ goal of building wealth through real estate. My favorite part is receiving feedback post-closing that the investments I assisted them with, have changed their financial situations and that I have helped them create long-term passive income.

What’s your favorite home trend right now House-hacking. I love the latest trend that allows relatively new homeowners the ability to afford a higher purchase price by sticking with a similar or lower monthly payment due to offsetting their mortgage with additional income.

What’s your goal in the next three months? To continue to uncover the best real estate investment opportunities for my clients utilizing the incredible power of the LIV network.

What do you do for fun, outside of work? I played poker professionally for over 6 years and I still to this day, enjoy playing poker as a hobby. When I’m not crushing at the poker tables I spend the rest of my time with my three children who are my reason for everything!
