Welcome KiKi Cannon to the LIV SIR Team

At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, our people make the difference and we are excited to expand the team with the newest addition of real estate professional, Kiki Cannon. Learn more about her and why she joined the LIV family:

What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? I am most excited about the opportunity to grow my business here and in California with a superb group. The people, the culture, and the tools are what drew me in, but it is the opportunity to grow as a better human is what is going to make me stay.

What’s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience? My favorite part is that 1st call I receive from someone that they want to buy and sell. I get such a rush knowing that I will be involved in their goal, their dream, and being a part of the big change in their life. Then I enjoy delving into what they need from me to reach their goal. It’s pretty cool when you think that what we do is help someone achieve their dream.

What’s your favorite home trend right now? I am a born and raised mid-century modern style person. It’s in my DNA! I do like the scadni/japondi mix up. I find it very tranquil with a focus on special elements, furniture, and pieces. So I guess you could say I appreciate minimalism.

What’s your goal in the next three months? My goal is to not only get up and running with my real estate career in California out of the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty office in Ojai but to develop and grow my business here with the many people I have helped over the years. Most importantly I want to buy a home in California so that I have a place to land while visiting my son and daughter who are raising my grandchildren.

What do you do for fun, outside of work? I really mix it up between participating in the cultural opportunities in Denver and getting outdoors to play. I love visiting the museums, galleries, theater, and fan of Opera Colorado, especially the Central City Opera. And then you can find me cycling in the foothills and mountains, skiing, hiking, yoga, and barre.
