Even in a Slowing Market, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Continues to Make Strategic Investments in Its Future

While many brokerages downsize and lay off employees as the post-pandemic real estate frenzy slows, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is making a strategic investment in their future with a key hire. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that Megan Maynard has joined its leadership team as Senior Vice President of Marketing. This exciting addition to the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team is aimed at increasing the firm’s market share in Colorado’s Front Range and resort markets, elevating the marketing support provided to its broker associates, and continue to evolve the brand to maintain its best-in-class status in the industry.

In her new role, Megan will lead the marketing strategy for all LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s office locations to unite its efforts across all markets and guide the brokerage toward creating even more success for its brokers and clients.

Megan comes to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty from Compass, where she helped launch the brokerage’s Colorado and Missouri offices and oversaw their marketing strategy and operations. Prior to her debut in the real estate industry, Megan honed her marketing expertise while working at ad agencies including DraftFCB in New York City and Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, as well as in-house at marketing departments for Tech companies Prosper and Instacart. Using her deep knowledge of brand development and large-scale advertising campaigns, Megan will help write the next chapter of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty story.
