What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? Handing out business cards that read, Daniel Bannach, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, obviously! Honestly, the opportunity to learn from and work with the best agents while also utilizing the top-notch training and marketing programs made the question of and decision to join a very easy one. I’m excited to help my clients and friends find their next best step with the professional services offered by LIV Sotheby’s.
I think almost everyone has a draw to Colorado, this is the place to be, the mountains can make a person feel at home upon arrival. I’m excited to help provide people the opportunity to make the most of this Colorado Life.
What’s your goal in the next three months? The Ninja training session in Cherry Creek is in exactly three months from the time I’m filling this out, so I have that to look forward to. Until then, I am a firm believer in doing the small things the right way and those small things lead to bigger opportunities. I’m going to reach back out to my network of friends and associates and tell them the great news that I’ve joined LIV Sotheby’s. I’m also going to have the ability to meet people visiting town who want to learn more about owning a home here in the Rockies and I’ll have those chances to create a friendship or enact a service for them to help them buy/sell.
What do you do for fun, outside of work? I’m a very social kind of guy and I love seeing my friends and making new ones. Life is pretty grand up here in the Rockies; I love camping and hiking, snowboarding, and going to the festivals around Summit County. I also love going to concerts around Denver, seeing new movies, and going to sporting events.
One of my goals over this year is to read more and I’m enjoying having the quiet time to sit down with a glass of red wine and a great view of Quandary out in Blue River to relax and learn new things.
