Welcome Kevin Kuebert to the LIV SIR Team

At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, our people make the difference and we are excited to expand the team with the newest addition of real estate professional, Kevin Kuebert. Learn more about him and why he joined the LIV family:

What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? I’m most excited to be with a well-respected and established company that is known for its luxury presence not only locally, and its global presence as well. Our sellers get the best marketing exposure possible with such a broad and well-connected network. Our buyers benefit from knowing they are working with a true professional that will work with their best interest in mind. Additionally, it gives me the confidence to be able to refer my family, friends, past clients, and customers to other Sotheby’s brokers around the world knowing they will have a seamless experience. Sotheby’s sets the bar high and this fits right in with my previous work experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch.

What’s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience? Whether you’re selling or buying a new home, this can be a very emotional process and everyone is different. Helping my clients manage their emotions from start to finish can be challenging and exciting at the same time. You get to know and learn about your clients and they in turn know and learn about you and your family. Watching this process from our first meeting to after the closing is my favorite part. You always have to earn your clients’ trust and respect, and when you’re able to see it happen throughout the transaction it is really gratifying. There is nothing better than when your clients become your friends.

What’s your favorite home trend right now? I absolutely love nano doors in homes. A home that has nano doors really sets itself apart from other homes. The look and feel they give a home are unique. The way they elegantly open up, bringing the panoramic view together, allowing the natural light in, and bringing the outdoors inside the home. It’s such a special feature.

What’s your goal in the next three months? The real estate market is changing and I will continue to help educate sellers and buyers to navigate the transitional market that we are in. From either side of the transaction, it can be difficult to see what is happening from the macro to the micro picture. Understanding each area’s nuances can be challenging and will help consumers make the best decision possible for their family.

What do you do for fun, outside of work? When not serving my clients, you can find me enjoying the year-round mountain lifestyle of snowboarding, golfing, hiking with my dog, boating on Lake Dillon, bike riding, and attending the various local events with my wife.
