Seeing the Invisible at Denver Botanic Gardens

Experience an innovative exhibition of contemporary artworks existing only in augmented reality (AR). Co-curated by Hadas Maor and Tal Michael Haring, Seeing the Invisible presents virtual works that engage with existing features of the natural landscape. Beyond the boundaries of what is possible with physical artworks, many of the works created for the exhibition address themes of nature, environment, sustainability, and the intersection of the physical world with the digital one.

Boulder International Film Festival 

The 18th Annual Boulder International Film Festival brings films and filmmakers to Boulder and Longmont for a four-day celebration of the art of cinema, featuring a wide variety of genres sure to draw a diverse crowd of film lovers. The festival will also offer online screenings through its popular BIFF Virtual Platform (March 3-17). The main venue for BIFF 2022 will be the historic Boulder Theater in downtown Boulder.

2022 Vail Mountain Winter Uphill Race in Vail

The annual Vail Mountain Winter Uphill Race returns on Sunday, February 20th, as skiers, snowboarders, and winter runners tackle 2,200 vertical feet of groomed trails to reach Eagle’s Nest at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead. This event is ideal for competitors and non-competitors featuring categories for each and honors the memory of Vail local Lyndon Ellefson who was instrumental in starting the U.S. men’s mountain running program, with some of the entry fees supporting the U.S. Mountain Running Team.
