LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Broker, Brenda Freeman, is Presented the Distinguished Service Award from the Grand County Association of REALTORS®Amanda Molitor
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is proud to announce that one of its Winter Park based brokers, Brenda Freeman, has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the Grand County Association of REALTORS® (GCAR).
GCAR presented its first-ever Distinguished Service Award to Brenda Freeman. She received this award for her tireless work helping community members impacted by the East Troublesome Fire.
“I appreciate and am proud of being recognized for my efforts,” Freeman commented. “Real estate brokers are huge givers in their communities. Getting accolades from my peers is the ultimate praise because all of us are giving back. Many people were on the front lines with me, and I could not have done these tasks alone.”
Freeman has shown her dedication to her community through her actions and participation in life-changing, local organizations. She is a board member of the East Troublesome Fire Adopt a Family, founder of the East Troublesome Fire 9 Group, and supporter and volunteer of the GCAR Fire Grant. These programs are committed to providing the care and support that families affected by the area wildfires, many of which lost their primary residences, need in order to remain in their beloved communities.
Freeman commended her town by saying “Grand Lake is a quintessential mountain community where you can feel the happy, positive spirit as you walk down the covered boardwalks. We are one large extended family and every one of us cares about the other. I love sharing our dynamic community with others and being a real estate broker allows me this opportunity. Many of my clients have become some of my dearest friends, and together they help me make the community a better, stronger place to live.”
In addition to her work with local wildfire relief organizations, Freeman is heavily involved with Taking Steps for Cancer Fund. As a committee member, she works with the program to ease the financial burden of treatment for Grand County residents battling cancer. The Taking Steps for Cancer Fund provides crucial assistance to families who incur overwhelming costs related to the treatment of cancer and unfortunately the end-of-life services for loved ones in some cases.
Her dedication to the Grand County community and more than two decades of real estate expertise has earned Freeman a reputation of excellence and an impressive network of new clients, referrals, and repeat business. To further illustrate her mastery in real estate, Freeman maintains several distinctive certifications which designate her as an expert in her field including Master Certified Negotiating Expert (MCNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and GRI Certified real estate advisor. Through her astute attention to detail, ability to analyze market and pricing trends, sharp negotiating skills, targeted marketing approach, and authentic connections with her clients, Freeman delivers an unmatched, concierge-level of service to each and every person she has the pleasure of working with.
As Colorado’s leading real estate brokerage with a focus on helping others live a life they love, Freeman is a prime example of LIV SIR’s dedication to supporting people, acting with integrity, providing our communities and clients with the highest level of service, and always striving for innovation.
