What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? In addition to joining my wife, Robin Lake, and her 25 years of experience I am excited to collaborate with the skill and expertise of the brokers, management team, and support staff within the organization. The LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand demands the highest level of integrity and professionalism and I look forward to networking with the best in the business.
What’s your favorite part about guiding your clients through the real estate experience? I love to be a part of educating our clients to help them make the best decisions for themselves. I take great pride in providing a memorable and positive experience for our clients in what is typically a very emotional time for everyone involved. The challenge differs from client to client and navigating through the process is exciting and rewarding
What’s your favorite home trend right now? I like it all, from brand new custom homes to suburban remodels and condo development. Every client has different needs and with the variety that Denver offers, we are certain to find a home they will love.
What’s your goal in the next three months? My goal is to continue to educate myself and work hard to make positive contributions to LIV SIR and Robin Lake’s team!
What do you do for fun, outside of work? I love the outdoors. I am always up for a round of golf or a day on the river fly fishing. My greatest moments are activities that allow me to spend time with my family.
