Welcome Nikki Pulitzer to the LIV SIR Team

At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, our people make the difference and we are excited to expand the team with the newest addition of real estate professional, Nikki Pulitzer. Learn more about her and why she joined the LIV family:

What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? I am thrilled to be able to provide my clients with a 5-star luxury real estate experience. Sotheby’s International Realty provides incredible support to its brokers and in turn to all of our clients. It is so exciting to be able to grow in my role as a real estate advisor and land purveyor with the broad reach and tools available within my new firm!

What’s your favorite part about guiding your clients through the real estate experience? My favorite part is the human connection. I enjoy getting to know each client, what their lifestyle is like, and their dreams for the future, and then pairing them with the perfect property to suit their wishes. Or, help them sell so that they can realize the next chapter of their lives.

What’s your favorite home trend right now? I am always a fan of eco-chic. High-end, simple furnishings and decor with natural fibers and textures – then wow them with fantastic rugs and artwork. I am in love with Passive Homebuilding and really excited about the idea that a net-zero home can be totally luxurious.

What’s your goal in the next three months? To learn as much as possible, work really hard, be happy and exceed my client’s expectations.

What do you do for fun, outside of work? I am an avid hiker. I love to explore all of the hidden mines in our area, that is where you will find me in my time off. I have a cozy home with my son, our cat, and our dog on the river in CB South and it is my happiest place. And, all of my favorite second homeowners are in town for the summer- so there’s lots of fun, festivals, dinners, and Crested Butte adventuring!
