What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? I am most excited about joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty because of the brand and because of all of the amazing support they give their agents! The brand is so powerful and when I’m dealing with high-end clients, just mentioning Sotheby’s is very powerful because it speaks to the high-quality marketing and services that they provide. Sotheby’s also has a large pool of high-end buyers that help sell the high-end listings that I have had. If there aren’t buyers for what you are selling then you can’t sell the home you just listed. I have wanted to be with Sotheby’s International Realty since I first got my license!
What’s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience? My favorite part of guiding them through the real estate experience is first listing their property and then bringing them the offers. Marketing is key to getting their home exposed in the marketplace and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty has the best marketing in the business. By having my degree in marketing, it’s important to me because without the marketing of a property, people won’t know about the home. I love people in general and I love selling their homes for them. On the buyer side, I love finding the right home that fits their criteria but that will also bring them the most joy!
What’s your favorite home trend right now? I love the white kitchen cabinets and the light-colored hardwood flooring because of how bright it makes the home. I also like the quartz countertops because it looks clean and sharp with the modern look most people want.
What’s your goal in the next three months? My goal in the next three months is to have two to three listings and six closings. I seem to have more sellers that I’m working with right now than buyers but I would like to work with more buyers to generate income initially.
What do you do for fun, outside of work? I like to hike, wakeboard, snowboard, and hang out with my family. We go to many local events where we are always meeting new people.
