LIV SIR Welcomes Amie MacKenzie to DTC Operationlivxmin
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Amie MacKenzie to its Denver Tech Center brokerage team. An enthusiastic professional with excellent customer service skills, MacKenzie brings over 12 years of high quality real estate brokerage experience to the team. Prior to her alignment with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, MacKenzie was a Co-Owner of The Spruce Team, an award-winning Keller Williams real estate team recognized for their production and dedication to customer service.
“The LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand reflects the exact standards we have set forth for our team since its inception 5 years ago,” said MacKenzie. “Joining forces with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty gives us the support we need and lets us focus on the parts of the business in which we really excel; client interaction, contract negotiation, listing prep/marketing/exposure, and constantly studying market trends so our clients have the best information.”
With a sound understanding of complex real estate markets, MacKenzie strives to ‘provide her clients clarity in a complex market’. Prior to her career in real estate, MacKenzie served as a teacher with a degree in mathematics. From that experience, MacKenzie consistently endeavors to provide her clients the vital information they need in order to make sound decisions regarding the purchase or sale of a home.
As the real estate market has become more competitive, MacKenzie fills the role of the ‘informed voice of reason’ as her clients ponder the many decisions involved in every real estate transaction, weighing the pros and cons of the various strategies employed in the market. According to MacKenzie, when real estate negotiations become complex, MacKenzie prides herself on getting ‘practical and tactical’.
“As Realtors, we are trusted by our clients to voice their positions, and negotiate on their behalf. This involves an ability to keep communication going, even when conflict arises and positions do not align,” said MacKenzie. “Working through these communications is something I actually enjoy. I find that problem solving and mediating is a satisfying and important part of my job.”
A Colorado native, and Denver resident for over 30 years, the epicenter of MacKenzie’s business is central Denver, however she has successfully conducted transactions ranging from Boulder to Castle Rock, and also specializes in real estate investments.
MacKenzie is certified in both the GRI and Ecobroker Designations and is looking forward to completing her CNE courses in the near future.
