“LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is hands down the best in the industry and I am excited to be able to provide my clients with the best service, marketing and resources available for their home sale or purchase,” said Nicolay.
Nicolay brings a diverse portfolio of experience to the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Cherry Creek team. A graduate of Colorado State University, Pueblo, Nicolay pursued a successful leasing career working with prominent local developers who specialized in downtown Denver LEED Gold Communities.
Nicolay specializes in assisting clients with both the sale and purchase of homes in the greater Denver metro area and utilizes social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to market and promote her real estate transaction sides.
Giving back to the community is a priority for Nicolay. She donates a portion of her business proceeds for every closed transaction to Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, or a similar, local, non-profit organization. By volunteering her time and talents to organizations including ULI Real Estate Diversity Initiative, Downtown Denver Partnership, and Downtown Neighborhood Associations, Nicolay adds value to the community she serves.
An avid skier, hiker and outdoor enthusiast, Nicolay takes a special pride in introducing the Colorado lifestyle to her clients.
“Aside from my personal sales goals, I want to be a resource and advocate for Denver’s future, helping shape and mold the real estate decisions made by our city’s leaders,” said Nicolay. “As a young, female in the real estate industry, it is my goal to help lead the way for others who have the same passion about real estate, development and Colorado as I do.”
