LIV SIR Fosters Partnership with Belize SIR

Things just keep getting brighter, during an already exciting time, for one of Colorado’s most respected brokerages, which recently underwent a company name change to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) in January. This time, the source of sunshine is the opportunity to soak up some rays in Belize.

On January 12, 2015, Belize Sotheby’s International Realty’s US Business Development Coordinator, Kristin Lamoureux, visited Colorado to announce the launch of a new reason to get out of bed and go to work every morning; incentive trips to Belize.

“This is my second trip to visit the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty offices in Colorado,” said Lamoureux. “During the fall of 2014, I also presented Belize SIR to Jameson SIR in Chicago and Briggs Freeman SIR in Dallas.” Lamoureux’s recent visits exemplify the vast and commonly utilized global network of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

Lamoureux first visited the Evergreen LIV SIR office location in September 2014 when she and Evergreen LIV SIR managing broker, Bob McCarroll, hashed out details to offer a first quarter sales production challenge for LIV SIR brokers, offering the winner a trip to Belize.“Bob asked me to come back to the Evergreen LIV SIR office in January to kick it off and create excitement around the incentive trip to Belize. I presented the Belize Production Challenge trip to LIV SIR brokers during their sales meeting, and they were thrilled.”

In the midst of presenting the Belize Production Challenge, she was also in the middle of a closing on a condo in Belize, where she was the listing agent. Lamoureux conducted the transaction live from the Evergreen office following her presentation, epitomizing the global nature of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

“I stayed at the Evergreen office and worked in the conference room on my Belize closing. The buyer was from Canada, the seller was from Pennsylvania. The condo is in Belize. I represented the seller on the closing, all from the state of Colorado,” said Lamoureux. “Sotheby’s International Realty truly represents a global market that brings together global properties, global buyers and global Sotheby’s International Realty sales associates. It’s a powerful brand and an exciting company to represent.”

In the days following, Lamoureux introduced Belize SIR to the Downtown, DTC, Cherry Creek, Castle Pines Village, and Breckenridge LIV SIR offices. The Belize Production Challenge aims to further promote networking opportunities between Belize SIR and the dynamic brokerage which closes over $2billion of Colorado’s real estate annually.

With nearly 16,400 sales associates in approximately 730 offices and 56 countries and territories worldwide, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand continues to make the world a little smaller, yet retain its authentically local feel.
