Annually the acclaimed research service, Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), come together to determine the top 200 driving forces behind residential real estate, and this year at the helm, is Scott Webber, president of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

The SP200 is a research service that spends over 400 hours analyzing more than 1,000 individuals in the residential real estate brokerage industry. In the analysis, leaders are assessed on their personal influence, their tenure in the industry, the office the person holds, the decision-making power of their office, the financial resources of the company or organization, the company or organization’s significance and contribution to the industry, the company’s geographic reach, as well as public announcements about pending changes within the industry.

Webber, a third generation, 39-year real estate sales and brokerage management veteran, is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations at LIV SIR, and is closely involved in many large transactions of the business.
