Fuller Sotheby’s Paloma-Jenkins Team Strike Deal With Adamo Builders In Castle Pines Villagelivxmin
As seen in The Sunday Denver Post , Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Joyce Paloma and Felicia Jenkins, announced their continued partnership with Adamo Builders in 2014 for exclusive representation of all semi-custom homes built in the Chateau Ridge and Village Lake area of Castle Pines Village – a gated residential community situated 25 miles south of Denver, Colorado.
“Adamo’s vision as a builder is daring to be different, and it’s really paying off in the Castle Pines Village neighborhood,” says Jenkins. “This is demonstrated in our high number of sales and under contracts in just one year.”
In 2013, Fuller Sotheby’s Paloma and Jenkins closed eight of the Adamo built homes in Castle Pines Village, with two currently under contract and adding 3 new lots this month. A listing agreement was originally signed between the mother-daughter broker team and Adamo back in 2012. The relationship has since flourished due mostly in part to the overwhelming success of Chateau Ridge – a new community on the south side of the Village featuring paired homes and patio style houses between the mid 500’s to mid 600’s.
The enclave quickly gained notoriety for offering a maintenance free lifestyle, which includes landscaping, snow and trash removal, and stucco and roof maintenance within the Chateau Ridge Home Owner’s Association (HOA). In addition, residents also benefit from the Castle Pines Village HOA offering 24 hour guard gated security, community pools, miles of walking trails, tennis courts and a fitness center.
Today, the last Adamo homes in Chateau Ridge are available for purchase, each built to reflect Adamo’s signature “semi-custom product” – standard features most builders consider an upgrade. A few of which include, solid granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, hardwood floors in entry and main living areas, high quality carpeting, GE Profile Appliances, pot filler over gas burning stove, wine refrigerator, and a stone floor to ceiling stone mantel and fireplace in living room. Future building plans in Village Lake will be released to the public later this year.
When asked how their partnership with Adamo has been such a recipe for success, Jenkins says,
“We have one key ingredient in common with Adamo – both Joyce and I focus on relationships first and foremost. Family is at the basis of both of our partnerships. We share similar values, both providing a higher standard of excellence and offering an exceptional experience, which is an advantage for our team and for Adamo as a company.”
