Back in March, the National Association of Realtors released their 2013 Home Features Survey. Buyers revealed what they would change about their recent home purchase and features they were willing to pay more for. How does this stack up against your buyer’s wants and needs? According to the survey, 60% of respondents said they would have paid more for walk-in closets, 54% for hardwood floors, and 69% for new appliances. The National Association of Realtors® 2013 Profile of Buyers’ Home Feature Preferences includes regional and demographic analysis, and the incremental dollar values that buyers place on particular features. Do you feel studying these preferences is an effective tool to use in pricing homes and serving your customers? Read the full report here and search Denver homes for sale.
