Market Watch | Northern Colorado Has Double-Digit Drops In Days On Marketlivxmin
According to the latest from the Northern Colorado Business Report, average days on market for homes dropped significantly in up north during the month of July. Communities in the Loveland-Berthoud market saw the greatest change, dropping 23% by mid-year 2013 compared to same period last year.
Fort Collins also saw significant drops, down 20%, as well as the Greeley-Evans market which average days on market fell 16.5%. Demand in homes and increased competition has also led to higher home prices, says the latest report. These changes are indicative of a healthy market, similar to reports on Denver metro homes for sale.
