A hidden treasure among the trees – Evergreen is a bustling mountain community full of amenities.  From the historic town center full of great restaurants and shops,  Evergreen Lake with fishing, boating, iceskating, concerts to the many hiking trails just out your front door – this community has it all.   Evergreen is roughly 35 min from downtown Denver,  so the city life is not far away.  Evergreen is easily divided into 3 areas – North Evergreen on the I-70 corridor just up from Genesse which is often referred to as “Bergen Park” where the homes tend to be newer and larger and set up in a more traditional subdivision style.  Soda Creek, The Ridge,  The Island, Hiwan are just a few neighborhoods in North Evergreen.  Central Evergreen – mainly the housing area around the lake area which are some of the most historic & eclectic.  From the mansions along Upper Bear Creek to the cozy cabins around the lake – there is something for everyone.  South Evergreen tends to be slightly less expensive with larger lots and easy access to the amenities along the 285 corridor.   A few great neighborhoods include Evergreen Meadows, Valley Hi, Evergreen Highlands just to name a few.  Evergreen is well known for great schools, friendly people and boundless recreational activities .  There is a home to meet the most contemporary of taste and the perfect mountain log home for the traditionalists!

Conifer is the equally beautiful neighbor community to Evergreen (connected to Evergreen by Hwy 73) along the 285 corridor just up from Morrison.   Known for abundant wildlife, spectacular views and larger lots – it is a great place to live.   All the amenities – from grocery to local theatre are easily accessible.   Just 15 min up 285 and C470 you have what is considered the town center.   Conifer has many great neighborhoods from Shadow Mountain, Kings Valley, Conifer Ridge Estates, Belle Meade just to name a few.   Homes tend to be on the newer side as many areas of Conifer are recently developed.  Explore the numerous open spaces, where you can hike by foot or horseback.   Conifer is a very laid back community with a variety of home types – from remote mountain cabins to modern stucco mansions.
