New Denver Metro Area Eco-Development Coalition Announced

The Denver metro area can expect a wave of eco-development projects, thanks to a new initiative announced by city officials last week. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock and Aurora Mayor Steve Hogan have pooled their resources to form Alliance to Advance, or A3, a task force that will bring new development–and in turn, jobs and investment–to the metro area. A3 will focus primarily the South Platte River corridor, LoDo, the stretch of land between DIA and downtown Denver, and the area around the new I-225 light rail line. To read more about the coalition and the city’s strategy, read the original report from The Denver Business Journal.
