Denver Highlands Neighborhood Buzz: Luxury Homes on the Riselivxmin
The Denver Post reports Denver’s Highland neighborhood is boasting high-end housing to rival Cherry Creek. Million-dollar plus custom homes have slowly been cropping up in the Denver Highlands over the last few years – mostly attributed to walkability, sense of community, improved schools, and a more stable neighborhood environment. Once known as a working-class area with brick bungalows, the Denver Highlands is now transformed into one of the city’s hippest neighborhoods, with several historic districts, art galleries, and award-winning restaurants. Stay tuned for Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty’s upcoming issue of Connoisseur magazine – available late January 2013 – for an inside look at the trendy Lower Highlands area, also known as LoHi.
