House Flipping in Colorado: Larry Simpson Weighs Inlivxmin
Recent Denver Post article reveals house flipping is making a comeback in Colorado, but not without risk. The word “flipping” can oftentimes get a bad wrap, but Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR) Broker, Larry Simpson explains its all in the approach. For him the key is quality. “There are guys who buy homes and do the cheapest remodeling possible, then put them back on the market as quickly as they can to make as much as they can,” said Simpson.
“They do the absolute minimum. That’s where flipping gets a bad name. We have a reputation. We just can’t do that.” Simpson has made a name for himself in the industry by consistently performing as a Top 10 Producer, and is a valuable resource when it comes to flipping in today’s real estate market.
