Second Annual Cherry Hills Village Barn Tour “Opens the Door” to Denver’s Rural Charm

Sponsored by real estate brokers from Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty, along with Steele Street Bank & Trust, and Apple Jack Wine & Spirits, the unique tour helps to preserve natural open lands in Cherry Hills Village

Real estate brokers from Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR), along with Steele Street Bank & Trust and Apple Jack Wine & Spirits, are pleased to announce that the second annual Cherry Hills Barn Tour was a sold out event and helped to raise funds for the Cherry Hills Village Land Preserve, Inc. The tour, which included open barns in Cherry Hills Village, was another example of brokers from FSIR giving back to the community.

In addition to the tour, a party took place at the Rady Barn, with music, food, drinks and a silent art auction featuring local Cherry Hills Village artists.  Proceeds from that event also went to support the Cherry Hills Village Land Preserve and the Cherry Hills Village Art Commission.

“The entire event was another great community effort, contributing to Cherry Hills Village open space,” said Janet Kritzer, a broker at FSIR.  “The Rady Barn and property was spectacular, and everyone had a great time, enjoying tremendous food, incredible artwork and a beautiful evening.  We have a very active and thoughtful group of brokers who look forward to giving back to the communities in which they live, work and play.”
